To commission an artwork from me you HAVE to be 18+.

I will not work with you if you use transphobic and fetishistic terms like c#boy / d#girl / f#ta / h#rm.

You will be blacklisted if you have harmful/gross stuff on your social media, such as: gen AI, z#ophilia / p#dophilia / if you assaulted, harassed or stalked someone / racism / transphobia / if you are a n@zi.

Your character must have a reference sheet. If your character has an accessory that is not present on the reference sheet, you must provide a visual reference for it in the commission form.

Depending on composition, angle and amount of characters, some of them may be less in frame, for example partially cropping legs. There is no guarantee that all characters will be equally visible. The prices are formed not based on “fullbody” or “halfbody”, they are based on the amount of time it takes me to complete the work.

If the design of the character is too complex.

When adding extra characters.

When requesting a background upgrade.

If complex clothes or fetish gear are present.

When requesting too many fixes or asking to add accessories that were not discussed beforehand.

When requesting alternative versions of artwork (four max.)

B&W sketches, Shaded sketches and Illustrations - ETC is anywhere between 3 days and 3 months.

Animation - ETC is discussed privately.

B&W sketch: a rough composition sketch is sent over for approval. After approval I finish the sketch in one go.

Shaded sketch: a rough composition sketch is sent over for approval. After approval I finish the sketch, colors and shading in one go.

Illustration: a sketch is always sent for approval, you may request minor or major fixes on this stage. Lineart is always sent for approval. You may request minor fixes on this stage. Major fixes, such as changing limb position, are not possible. Color stage is only sent on request. You may request color fixes for characters on this stage. Shading stage is only sent on request. You may not request fixes on this stage but you can say in advance what kind of light and atmosphere you wish to see in initial commission description.

Instreams of any kind: preferably you should be present during the stream however it is not mandatory. However you must be responsive in DMs. I only take feedback during the stream.

Cancellation and refund are only possible during composition sketch stage. A client receives an unfinished work and 50% refund. Refunds on later stages are not issued.

I have the right to cancel work at any stage due to reasons such as: abusive behavior from the client, conflict, client hindering progress with too many fixes, personal health concerns, force major situations.

There is no refund after the work has been finished.

I reserve the right to use unfinished or declined sketches/artworks however I want, including redrawing them for my own characters or using them for other YCHs or commissions. A client may not use unfinished or declined sketches, including uploading them to social media or asking other artists to use them.

You are allowed to post commissioned work on social media only 4 weeks after completion, because everything is uploaded to Patreon first.

I do not work privately. I have the right to post any commissioned artwork on my social media and portfolio. So no "secret commissions".

Any work you receive from me is for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed.
