you agree with conditions described below.
To commission an artwork from me you HAVE to be 18+ years oldI will not work with you if you use transphobic and fetishistic terms like c#boy / d#girl / f#ta / h#rm.Tips are not necessary but extremely appreciated ;w;I do not work privately. I have the right to post any commissioned artwork on my social media and portfolio. So no "secret commissions"Any work you receive from me is for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed

Direct bank transfer via IBAN can be discussed
I work with 100% prepayment. (If the price is above 300$ it is possible to discuss a payment plan)You can be charged extra if:
I find the design of the character too hard/complicated
You want me to draw a complex background
You ask me to draw complicated clothes
You make too many corrections in the process
You want more than one character on artwork
You want alternative versions of artwork (four max.)

I won't draw in other artist's style!
Timing of work:
Illustrations - anywhere between 3 days and 3 months.
Animation - deadlines are discussed privately.
Completion times mostly depend on work complexity.
Workflow:
Sketch is always sent for approval.
You may request minor and major fixes on this stage.Lineart is always sent for approval.
You may request minor fixes on this stage.
Major fixes, like changing limb position, are not possible and should have been done during sketch stage.Color stage is only sent on request.
You may request color fixes for characters on this stage.Shading stage is only sent on request.
You may not request fixes on this stage.Completed work is always sent via a dropbox link.
You may not request fixes after work completion.
CANCELLATION & REFUND(commissioner's initiative)
Cancellation and refund are possible only on sketch stage.
You receive an unfinished work and 50% of money you paid back.(my initiative)
I have the right to cancel the work at any stage in case of irl troubles / in case of me realising that I am unable to finish the commission / in case the commissioner makes me too uncomfortable.
You receive an unfinished work and: 50% of the money if it's at sketch stage | 20% if it's at line stage | 5-0% if it's at flat color or shading stage.
There is no refund after the work has been finished.I reserve the right to use unfinished or declined sketches/artworks however I want, including redrawing them for my own characters or using them for other YCHs or commissions.
You are allowed to post commissioned work on your accounts and galleries only 2 weeks after completion (because I put it on my Patreon first). Please respect that!
♥ A convincing request not to message me every second and ask about how the commission is going. If I have updates or questions regarding commission, I'll contact you. Too arrogant / rude customers are not welcomed. I am usually very polite with you, so I look forward to the appropriate behavior from my commissioners as well. Thank you ♥
